Was looking for a trailer but didn’t have the upfront money to buy it outright. I saw an add on Facebook for wow trailer’s rent to own. I applied and my credit is not great or anywhere near prefect. This opportunity helps me gain the ability to keep moving forward with affordable payments. David was the first sale person to pick up the phone, he was quick fast and efficient finding me the perfect trailer in just 2 minutes and sending me pictures, he walked through the pricing the payments and everything. Very polite, like normal sales people pushy to make a sale tho! I told him to give me 2 weeks, and that I was serious I called back in 5 days, picked up trailer within 10 days of speaking with David. David was very helpful through the entire process of handling everything over the phone before I drove 16 hours from Michigan to pick it up. There were no surprises. Ally called before I came to also review over all the paperwork. They both even checked in with me on my travels while David texted me, ally placed a phone call to me to make sure everything was on track. Got here before my appointment and they still helped me right away. The first thing they do before any paperwork gets started is to inspect the trailer upon inspection we found 1 broken weld. Ally quickly let the shop guys know and they were out to repair it by the time I got paperwork done. Hooked up to the trailer ally assisted in checking all the lights and trailer brakes with me. All in all we got it one in about a hours time, making the transaction smooth and welcoming. I have read some of the reviews about the place and was a little worried but after this experience I would say it’s safe to say those low reviews are false and they do take care of every customer like family and make sure it’s perfect before you leave the lot. Just got my 36ft delivered today. John made the process pretty easy. I was impressed on how solid the trailer is. Sides seem to be pretty thick and a well built trailer.
